Beautifully tropical blue Amazonite gemstone, set in a sterling silver pendant. Gemstone measures approximately 14x10mm. Pendant measures approximately 22x12x5mm including bail, and comes with a complimentary matching 18" sterling silver chain and Two Skies gift box.
At first glance, Amazonite can often be mistaken for Turquoise or Chrysoprase but is a beautiful and much loved gemstone in its own right! Revered by the ancient Egyptians along with Lapis Lazuli and Carnelian, Amazonite was a distinguishing feature in the opulent decorations of the pharaoh's tombs. Amazonite's beautiful tropical water shades have long been regarded as a good luck charm.
